About Potton Community Agent

 

Potton Consolidated Charity commissioned BRCC to undertake a survey into the needs of older people living in Potton. From the findings of this survey, the post of Potton Community Agent was created.

Andrea will be working three days a week as Potton Community Agent. You can book an appointment for Andrea to visit you in your own home for a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. You can also speak to Andrea over the telephone if you prefer.

 

As the service is funded by Potton Consolidated Charity, Andrea is only able to visit people living in Potton and unfortunately cannot visit if you live outside the town.

 

The service is free of charge and any matters discussed are confidential. Andrea is DBS checked and carries an identity card.
